A Discussion..........

Was the timing wrong of SEBI to introduce the borrowed stock and can be sold in market ?

When our market were not matured enough for the introduction of selling share, they introduced….and Bears are taking full advantage of this loopholes…
Bears are at rampant when such a catastrophe is not needed.
Seems SEBI played in the hand of Bears Lobby.
When our market is tanking so fast I tend to believe that the introdution of Borrowed share can be shorted seems a hasty decision from SEBI..as our market is not matured enough for this…
There is no scam like KP nor like HM time , though economy has slowed and crude has gone up, I see no need for such a panic and mayhem…..I think the situation are not HM or KP time. There is no Scam then why this HURRY to break the market so fast?
I think the pessimist of all must be taken a back by the way Bears are hammering market which again reminds my sentence, never call a Bear in the battlefield……see what they are doing…….

Is there a case of Bear Scam offing.....?
It seems that Bears are in a hurry to break...the market as early as possible......Maybe they are knowing that tide can turn anytime and hence try to break as fast as they can....Maybe they have some clue of crude speculation coming to an end soon , something like that....
because as there was no reason for market to go up...so fast...there is no reason for market to go down so fast as Crude is at $140 since 3-4 days, then why this mayhem and that too on daily basis.....

Friends,
I have come through a site of GOI ....regarding
The govt. wants people to use this tool to highlight the problems they facedwhile dealing with Government officials or departments like Passport Office,Electricity board, BSNL/MTNL, Railways etc.

http://pgportal.gov.in/

Use as much as one can if anyone is facing any problem with any Goverment office..... Seems GOI is thinking in right way...!

  1. Rajeev,

You are on target about this share borrowing, i was very sceptical all along and suspected that there is a relation between the market meltdown and share borrowing.

Some people (including me) would say that the market would have come down with or without borrowing, but everybody would accept that it would'nt have been weeks long butchering.

Can these SEBI guys be prosecuted for causing such losses to investors????

    If i come face 2 face, i will .....
